Shipping & Delivery Policy
Shipping: We offer flat-rate shipping within Australia for $12.

Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Please note that during peak times like Christmas, processing times may be extended.

Parcel Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive your parcel tracking information. All parcels are posted from Brisbane, so delivery timeframes will vary based on your location.

Delivery Timeframe: If you haven't received your parcel within 8 business days, please contact us at orders@thegiftgirls.com.au.

Address Accuracy: To avoid redelivery charges, please ensure that you provide your correct address during checkout.
Return & Exchange Policy
We take pride in producing and selling quality products.

Each return or refund enquiry is assessed on an individual basis.

We recommend that you purchase the sample tin trio before placing an order for a larger candle to ensure you love the scent. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a refund or exchange if you do not like the scent.

Damaged items - we take great care in packaging our candles carefully but unable to control how they are handled once they leave our studio. If your product arrives broken due to shipping, please email a photo of the box and the broken candle within 24 hours of receiving the item to orders@thegiftgirls.com.au. A replacement items will be sent to you within 5 business days not including postage times.
Candle Care
Candle Care Tips
Maximize the longevity, scent, and safety of your candles with proper care. Each order includes a candle care card to guide you through the process.

Burn Time – to prevent tunnelling please ensure you melt your candle till it reaches the end of the vessel. Do not burn your candle longer then 4 hours at a time.
Wick Trim – trim your wick before each use according to the care card.
Draughts – To optimize your candle's burn and prevent smoke, keep it away from draughts. Never leave your candle unattended.
Storage – store your candles in an upright position. Candles are sensitive to light and temperature.
Extinguishing – For best results and to avoid wax splashes, use a candle dipper or snuffer to extinguish the flame.
Burn Pool – keep the burn pool clean by wiping away any black residue on the rim, which may indicate a long wick.
Wax Rim – it is normal with some vessels to have unmelted wax on the rim of the container, which will eventually melt as the heat spreads.
Wax Colour – fragrances that contain vanilla may yellow slightly in colour over time. This is normal and does not affect the fragrance of the candle.
